If we cancel a session
If we ever have to cancel a session, for example because of tutor illness, the host school being closed or severe weather, we will tell you as soon as possible and provide a replacement session.
If your child misses a session
Sessions missed due to non-attendance, for any reason, cannot be refunded or replaced. This is because we plan tutors and equipment around the children booked.
